First Viewing
The second of 2011's Fuck Buddies duo works better than No Strings Attached, but not by much. Timberlake and Kunis have a stronger chemistry than Kutcher and Portman, and the script here is stronger. Also of help, Woody Harrelson in a scene-stealing supporting part.

Essentially, the movie version of a college history lesson. It's pretty solid, but also fairly boring. The cast is strong too, especially McCavoy and Wright.

Funny and touching, Mike Mills' autobiographical film mines real human moments without becoming mawkish or melodramatic. The cast is uniformly great, and the writing is smart.
