Why Catwoman is an ideal role for her to play???
If I was Nolan, she would be my first choice to play Catwoman, because I have seen her in a very similar role:Irene Adler - Sherlock Holmes' love interest - a wise, charming and very very sexy burglar. I think she would fit this role perfectly. Besides, Rachel in a leather suit would definitely make the world a better place.

The French actress has become quite the fan favorite to land the role.(And "the fan" icluding ME!!!)She, by far, the most charming Catwoman I can ever imagine. Unfortunately, or luckily, I don't know, Marion was cast as Miranda Tate/Talia Al Ghul, daughter of Ra's Al Ghul. She plays the role perfectly, but the problem is she died at the end after betraying Batman, and Bruce chose Selina. And I want them to be together! Cotillard and Bale made a beautiful couple. WHY???

I personally think someone should give her a chance. She is a good actress. She was both lovely AND tough when she portrayed Quorra - leading female character in Tron Legacy, and done all the fight, chase scenes. I'm still waiting for her time to shine.

The fact that Emily Blunt lost out to Scarlett Johansson for the role of Black Widow in 'Iron Man 2'. She deserves another chance, and this is it! Emily has that sophistication air and icy intensity in her to play the Catwoman. Actually, she somehow looks like a more mature, classy Anne Hathaway!

Recently, everyone talks about the new version of Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises - Selina Kyle - played by Anne Hathaway. Please don't get me wrong, I think she was sexy, witty ,even tricky sometimes, but kind hearted in the part. But IF, just if, Anne was not interest in this role, or she was busy with other project, then, who would fit it? These 15 actresses are who, in my opinion, could play Catwoman really well .
