What to buy?
280 g butter
250 g dark chocolate
240 g of fine sugar
80 g flour
100 ml of water
1 handful of walnuts
1 handful of almonds
1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
How to prepare?
Cut the chocolate into small pieces, chop the nuts and cut the almonds.
Boil water in a pot, add sugar, vanilla sugar, when the water boils, remove the pot from the fire. Add chocolate and butter, wait for the ingredients to dissolve, mix.
Boil the eggs in a bowl like scrambled eggs, add the flour, mix with a rod or a blender.
While stirring, slowly pour chocolate into the eggs.
Add nuts and almonds, mix - this time with a spoon.
Fill the mold with dimensions 24x24 cm with baking paper, pour the chocolate mass.
Bake 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Brownie gets the right consistency after being completely cooled, but I like this cake the most when it's still hot and the chocolate inside is smooth.
If you are allergic to nuts or you do not like them, you can simply skip them, cake and without them will be perfect.
