When?: 1992: Aged 7 Why?: Strikingly tall, with a accent that could melt your face, John Leslie was my first EVER crush, in a segment on climbing, John sported some rather short shorts, this and his nifty hat made me fall. Long term effect: Had a penchant for the Scottish and the very tall ever since.

When?: 1993 onward: Aged 8 + Why?: Sullen, genius scientist in Jurassic park, then again in Independence Day. Posters of Independence Day Goldblum lined my school desk until I left, and even then I didn't have the heart to remove them. I recall that one of the images of him was deemed too risqué, and one of the nuns demanded I take it down. Long term effect: Cigars between teeth still make me crazy. Only really fancy the hyper-smart.

Marty McFly knew how to treat a lady, and he had mad skills on his hover board and guitar. Long term effect: Love slightly unstable men who wont be called chicken.
