Underrated Actor/Actress

I saw her in a lot of movies, but she's always "the best friend of" or "the one who's always envious of the leading lady". It's no fair, I know she has much more to offer than that.

It's not that I don't like her, she's gorgeous and has and incredible face but... she always does the same role! Except for Changeling her characters descriptions always starts like this: "A beautiful and sexy woman that" does something.

Actor/Actress that has disappointed me the most

Ok, don't get me wrong. I love this guys, I think they're two of the best actors of cinema ever and that's why I was so disappointed when I saw them acting together! I thought it would be something epic and ended up being Heat and Righteous Kill. Two average action movies, not bad, but not what I was expecting.
