The Ugly Raphael

Raphael is my Favorite Ninja Turtle. Technically, I should hate this picture as it makes Raphael look, well, ugly. But for some strange reason I like it. And at the same time it's repulsively disgusting. It's a weird picture that's for sure. I wonder what the artist was thinking?!
