Review of Speed

Review

A lot of people regard this as one of Keanu's best films, but upon watching it again recently, his acting is still as wooden as ever. The cast isn't so bad, I remember disliking Dennis Hopper as a kid thanks to this film and I think I probably fell in love with Sandra Bullock at the same time.

The action sequences are pretty memorable and it has been parodied countless times, but at the end of the day this film is nothing special and it will be consigned to prime-time saturday afternoon TV slots for the rest of eternity.
