Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from this flick but, somehow, I still ended up watching it. Indeed, I have a 4 years old daughter, we had this flick on DVD and she really wanted to see this. So I put it on and, to my surprise, I noticed that Danny De Vito was in the opening credits so I thought I might check the damned thing after all. Oh boy, that was a big mistake... The only reason it doesn't get the lowest score it's because it is a movie for kids but even so, I still think it was completely worthless... Did they seriously release this in the theater? I hope not. Basically, like most of the TV cartoons adapted on the silver screen, they didn’t make the effort of upgrading a little bit the animation, so the whole thing looked terribly awful and cheap as hell. Of course, you could argue that kids don’t care about such trivial things but is it really a reason to rip them off or their parents?!? I always find it annoying that they don’t take children seriously as an audience. I mean, it is not because they are innocent and that they would watch pretty much anything that you should take advantage of them. To conclude, it was lame and ugly and you should definitely watch something else with your children.
