12 Anecdotes from life is enlightening. The protagonist. Anita Maher is an author who tells us stories that she has learned from her friends, co-workers, family members and of course her own experiences.

The stories are short vignettes on how to be a better you, how to appreciate your friends, forgiveness, self worth, modesty, being humane, loving, humble, loyal and so on.

My favorite quote that moved me was, " success comes to those that have faith, hope and determination." Author Payal Roy has a bright future with writing and I connected with each story and in turn made me think of my own friends and family and how I can teach others from what I have learned from her. Wonderful, pleasant and raw emotions in each story. Can't wait to see what she writes next.
