Honestly, I wasn't sure if it would be any good. I mean, Susan Sarandon is one of my favorite actresses and, in my opinion, she is really underrated nowadays but, on the other hand, I have never been a fan of Goldie Hawn since she always plays the same role in all her movies over and over again. So, I didn't have huge expectations beforehand but, eventually, it was not bad at all. The point is that ,even though the subject was mildly interesting, the whole thing remained rather unoriginal and predictable. What makes it enjoyable though were those two actresses. It is as if they didn't have to prove anything, they were just really confident in their own skils, and they both delivered some convincing performances, especially Susan Sarandon who would be terrific with a plastic bag on her head. A part from that, it is a typical Goldie Hawn feature which always go for the easy laughs, rather shallow but always harmless, you either love them or you don't. To conclude, it is nothing great whatsoever, but I thought it was entertaining enough and it is definitely worth a look especially if you are interested in Susan Sarandon's work.
