Description Robert Rees is a nationally publlshed author and is widely recognized as an archivist of the performances of many of the world's greatest stars including Judy Garland, Marilyn Monroe, James Dean and many, many others! He was the first journalist to interview Nelly Connelly, John Connelly's wife, after the assassination of John F. Kennedy, and rider in the president limosine that fateful day in Dallas, and witness to the assassination. He is also recognized as one of the finer voices in Houston, Texas and can still "bring down the house" in performances in venues across Texas! Robert Rees is so great that Liza Minelli during a performance once here in Houston shouted out, seeing Robert beyond the footlights, "Is that Bob Rees I see out there in the audience?"
