the main drag, and the fountain near the end is in Campus Martius Park, which is in the center of downtown, also on Woodward Avenue. The image tritely titled "what a Drag it is" is of Mayor Kwame Kipatrick. Also there is a stencil of our 16th President, Abraham Lincoln, but I am unsure of what VLAD means, perhaps you could post the answer?
