Rayonne Caesar-Chavonnes founded her own company, ReSolve Research Solutions Inc. in 2005. What began as a one-woman project has grown into a corporation with a network of contract staff and offices across Canada. Her company helps pharmaceutical companies recruit physicians for clinical trials. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Management form the University of Phoenix.
