Dedicated to Brod Manuel "Noli" Soriano, Jr., MD Founder of the FEU-NRMF Beta Sigma Fraternity In the beginning of the first semester of 1955, a group of UP Beta Sigmans enrolled in the FEU Institute of Medicine thought of establishing an FEU chapter.
