PART EIGHT OF TEN 'Surf II', full title 'Surf II: The End of the Trilogy', was a 1984 comedy/sci-fi/surf film by Randall M. Badat that has seemed to slip through the cracks of time into an almost perpetual state of obscurity, never to find a DVD release due to the presumably unattainable rights of it's soundtrack.
