Description

In a scene straight out of Penrod by Booth Tarkington, Billy Gray (Father Knows Best), as Wesley (aka Penrod), is caught daydreaming in class by teacher Ellen Corby (the Waltons) in On Moonlight Bay (1951), and spins a yarn inspired by the flick he saw before. With Leon Ames, Doris Day, Rosemary DeCamp, and Mary Wickes (nice to see her in the same film with Corby, two classic character ladies together).
