Description

First, an interview with Irish poet Seamus Heaney, who won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1995, about his first compilation of poems since, "The Spirit Level", which takes its title from the Irish term for a carpenter's level. The volume volume deals with the search for a balancing point in ethical, moral, and spiritual affairs. Then, a conversation with philosopher, teacher, and author Huston Smith, who has dedicated his life to the study of the world's religions. He talks about his life work and the book that has been a bestseller since it was published in 1958, "The World's Religions".
