This is a video from the closing night of the original run of La Cage on Broadway. Keene Curtis - my choice for the best Albin of the bunch - sings the first act closer "I Am What I Am." Shot 11/15/87 at the Palace Theatre w/house video/audio. The Hollywood Square's Peter Marshall (nee Peter LaCock) was his Georges - and not bad, and in good voice, though a bit stiff.
