Billy Halop has the leading role in the 1940 film serial 'Junior G-Men.' Featured prominently in the clips are Kenneth Howell and Huntz Hall. Also featured are Gabriel Dell, Bernard Punsly, Kenneth Lundy, Harris Berger, Phillip Terry, Russell Hicks, and Cy Kendall.
