Actress Anne Heche and her ex Coley Laffoon have agreed on the custody of their child for the next couple of months. People magazine reports that until July 22, 5-year-old Homer will trade off days with Mom and Dad. Laffoon will then take him to Vancouver to be with Heche while she works on her show "Men in Trees."
