Description

The Zamora were a Brighton band of the early 2000's who took their name from then-rising sharp shooter Bobby Zamora. 'Harry J (Gunslinger)' was one of their most popular tracks, and an allusion to US prohibitionist Harry J. Anslinger. The song references circuses, floods and travelling medicine shows to evoke a bygone era, with a Sonic Youth-esque musical backing.
