, I fell in love with West African drumming, dancing, and singing. In this video, I am playing the Ewe lead drum, known as atsimevu. The UMASS Kekeli African Drum and Dance ensemble accompanied me in this performance of Sovu, which is one section of the sacred music from the Yeve religion.
