On 29 March 1993, Audrey Hepburn was given the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award, which was voted prior to her death. She had died only two months earlier, on 20 January 1993. Her son Sean H. Ferrer accepted the award, which was presented posthumously. Audrey Hepburn was remembered with this 2 minute montage of her work, both as an actress and for Unicef, narrated by Gregory Peck.
