Thank you! **UPDATE 3/16/08** In a phone conversation with Bill Arnold last night, he shared with me that this song was indeed written by Kris Bergnes and was pitched to Bill and his record producer Randy Albright for possible inclusion on Bill's 2003 CD "One Lucky Man."
