Description

Probably one of the better-written Buddy cartoons. Released March 9, 1935. Bugs Hardaway directed and there's rubbery animation from Ben Clopton and Cal Dalton. Billy Bletcher plays the bad guy and a drunk, Jackie Morrow is Buddy and Cookie is identified in a 1935 LA Times story as Dorothy Varden, which may be a stage name for Bernice Hanson/Hansen.
