Jack Carr could be supplying the falsetto for Buddy, Bernice Hansen/Hanson (possibly the real name of actress Dorothy Varden) is Cookie and Billy Bletcher is Bozo. There's an in-joke toward the end with a billboard advertising Frisby (Friz Freleng).
