Black Angel Vol. 2 is a 1999 movie by Takashi Ishii. It stars Amami Yuki as Mayo, the Black Angel, a female assassin working for the yakuza. For more info: www.imdb.com In this scene, Mayo (Amami Yuki) just recovers from a flesh wound following a botched assassination attempt against a yakuza boss. It's a funny scene, maybe the only funny scene in a movie that adopts a lot of film noir elements. I do recommend the movie. It's quite engaging.
