Description

Tilicho lake is, at 4919m, one of the world's highest lakes. 4Km long, it is located at the base of the Tilicho peak, 7134m and the Great Barrier; and close to Annapurna-1, 8091m. The first non-Nepali to see the lake was Maurice Herzog in 1950.
