Amtrak 66 delayed on CSX

side on #2 track. For those who don't know, the two tracks merge into one track about 5 miles ahead near Williamsburg, VA. Anyhow, the Amtrak train calls out for foreman about 8 times (I recorded 3 of the call outs) with no luck. Then Amtrak changes to AAR channel 14. Meanwhile, the foreman calls back on the original frequency, and Amtrak doesn't hear the replies. In all, 13 minutes wasted before things get moving.
