The cell blocks have been fabricated onsite and lowered onto the slab using a crane. The precast concrete walls are then placed and the roof trusses and roof are built overtop to keep the sun and tropical rains out. Wouldn't one of those cozy lil cells make a lovely home away from home for, oh, 20 years??? NOT!!!!! Imagine living in an oven 24/7 with the sweet perfume of the sewage lagoon drifting in your tiny little window....you wouldn't be lonely though cuz you'd have 2 friends to keep ...
