I volunteered at Skyler's school to do a cooking class. I show you how you can do it too by simply dividing the class into small groups and breaking the recipe down into 4 parts. We make my delicious recipe for Orange and Green Muffins which are actually zucchini and carrot muffins. A recipe perfect for introducing some spring time vegetables into your child's diet.
