Description

Tristana is a film by Luis Buñuel starring Catherine Deneuve. It is adapted from the novel by Benito Pérez Galdós although their are many plot differences between the novel and film. It was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in 1970. In this particular scene Tristana (Catherine Deneuve) has a surreal dream, a trademark of Luis Buñuel. Sorry for the bad English translations. I couldn't find better subtitles.
