Based on the book by Robert Daley, "Prince of the City" is a criminally overlooked film directed by Sidney Lumet. Only in the past two years, has this great film finally been released to DVD. In my opinion, it's a much more complex character study than "Serpico" is. In "Prince of the City", there is no clear cut good/bad - which is probably why audiences didn't give it the chance it deserved back in '81. So here's a little promo for it that I threw together...
