From NEO For the Double Titles: NEO Openweight Title NWA Pacific Women's Title May 5, 2008 (credit to TyrannosaurusELPS) kyoko inoue returns after taking time off to give birth to her first child (it's a boy!) and undergoing a cyst removal operation after childbirth. this is not actually her first match after her return but this is her first title shot after the return. it's not surprising to see her get a title shot as she owned NEO anyway.
