Will & Grace (1998)

I always think the guy who came up with Will and Grace must be laughing so hard that he nearly drowns in his Scrooge McDuck type money vault whenever he decides to swim through his cash.

He managed to stretch out two jokes:

"But...I'm gay!"
"But...I'm an Alcoholic!"

for goodness knows how many years. Throw in occasional swipes at the anorexic womans nose and you have a staple american shitcom that people will be loving for years to come.

Honestly, I haven't seen a tv show as good as this, since Cheers (and I'm young to like Cheers!). Anyway. Will & Grace - you either love them, or hate them. Same with their friends, Karen & Jack. The humor is amazingly, well, hilarious; the cast and the guest appearances are just wonderful. It was a blast to see notable appearances by stars such as Demi Moore, Madonna, Michael Douglas, Matt Damon, Jeff Goldblum, Lee Majors, Dylan McDermott, Rosie O'Donnell, Victor Garber, Lily Tomlin, Gene Wilder - only to name but 'a few'. And recurring characters played by Debbie Reynolds, Woody Harrelson, Harry Connick Jr, John Cleese, Bobby Cannavale, Gregory Hines, Minnie Driver... were a blast to see. A série conta com personagens que vão desde o gay certinho, até a hétero escrachada e alcóolatra. Tudo isso sem denegrir nem esteriotipar nenhum dos personagens, já que eles tem os seus contra pontos, que são um gay totalmente sem noção e uma hétero completamente surtada. Enfim, é garantia certa de boas risadas.
