THE Television series. Creator Rod serling's twisted ideas put down into episodes covering everything from Lapses in time and planets to man vs. man for survival of an unsure future. Paranoia. Dislusions. Madness. Even Irony, All episodes have some way of touching it's viewers by the end of it; leaving them wanting to tune in for the next week's tale. Oh, to be alive and see these air on TV; even ... read more

timeless, classic and ridiculous. I love the cheesy-ness the and weird tales from this show. I even have a Twilight Zone shirt. It's really fantastic. Rod Searling is the coolest guy you'll ever witness. The show never disapoints. It's bound to be grand when it has been on 50 years with reruns. Watch this stupendous sci-fi mind thriller.

THE TWILIGHT ZONE

"The Masks"

"What Do You See When You Look At Me?"

"The Twilight Zone" was a turning point in television because of its entirely human characters, its situations, its usage of the supernatural and the astronomical and it's perplexing surprise endings which were a study in divine poetic karma. Back when the pop-culture ... read more

"I really enjoyed the episode Walking Distance, which was about a wistful man who somehow traveled back into his past and ran into his family. He finds a new-found appreciation of his life when he came back. I might see more episodes."

Best Alternative Christmas TV & Movies (19 movies items)

"Night of the Meek The best thing about the Twilight Zone was how versatile it was (while still being rigidly formulaic). The same show that gave us mysteries about who the Martian is in the diner can give us Night of the Meek. A down on his luck man gets fired from his job as a department store Santa. Then he finds a magic bag that allows him to make the Christmas' of other unfortunate people better. "

Favorite TV Series - Drama (28 tv items)

"Hard to believe one guy came up with the majority of these thought-provoking, often unsettling tales of the fantastic, Rod Serling's creation remains a gold standard for provocative television. So many classic episodes to choose from and everyone has their favorites, mine are probably the bitter irony of 'Time Enough At Last' and the shocking revelation in 'Eye of the Beholder.'"

"Rod Serling as Narrator What a great idea to let co-creator and co-writer Rod Serling to narrate and open each of the episodes. So many great directors, actors, and wonderfully creepy episodes. This is from the terrifying episode "It's a Good Life" "
