In the movie, Peter Piper is a photographer who visits a laboratory, where scientists have created a spider-plant, which has teeth. Peter tries to take a close picture, and is bitten on his bottom by a plant who comes down from the ceiling.
Then we see Peter coming out of a back door. He sits in a dark alley and sweats a lot and turns green. We see his molecules changing with the text: This means something nasty is happening. When he wakes up, he stretches and plants shoot from his arms. He starts climbing a wall and it works.
Next we see him sitting on a roof, where he sees that Jane-Mary is getting mugged. He wants to save her, but he needs a costume. He comes to the alley in a Indian costume, a fairy costume and eventually in his Spider-Plant suit. He saves Jane-Mary, who falls in love with him. When he suggests that he might be Peter Piper, she says that Peter Piper is a loser.
Next we see Peter landing in an alley where there is another man, who says he is his enemy. Peter guesses The Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus and The Human Man, but it appears to be Batman. Batman tells him that no one cares about him anymore and that everyone only wants spiders nowadays. Then he tells Peter that he kidnapped Jane-Mary and Peter guesses that she is on Tower Bridge.
Next we see Peter swinging through town, wondering where Tower Bridge is, while Batman is riding the subway to Tower Bridge. On Tower Bridge, Peter and Batman start fighting. A reporter thinks that they are activists who want rights to meet their children (see Fathers 4 Justice). Peter "plants" him out of the way, and the battle goes on.
Then Robin (played by Tony Robinson), Batman's sidekick, arrives, and he makes a deal with Batman and starts beating up Peter. When Peter is hanging on Tower Bridge, he makes a deal with Robin, so that now he beats up Batman. Then Peter asks Jane-Mary whether she will marry him.
In the end, we see Jane-Mary lying in the sun on the beach, while Peter is lying there also, still in his Spider-Plant suit.
