1 vote I never actually thought I would like this show or even love it for that matter, I just find the writing absolutely fantastic, and normally the stuff on HBO really isn't my thing. Unfortunately Jeff Daniels is not someone I am actually a fan of, and for the opening scene alone I'm quite warming to him as an actor. However the other supporting cast do amazingly well as well. 1 vote Another iteration of Aaron Sorkin's idealistic, liberal media world. Repeated slams against everything and anything that doesn't lean left in America. You can populate the show with the most telegenic actors and write the snappiest dialogue, but in the end, it's the same ol' BS! Didn't Studio 60 get canned using the same format?
