Jack Benny is one of my favourite comedians although I never had the opportunity to see him "live" - only on TV and in his films. He had a unique style all his own and fortunately many of his shows are now available on DVD and I own several of them. This show features Don Wilson, Dennis Day and Eddie "Rochester" Anderson with Special Guests Mel Blanc and Eddie Cantor. I have many books on Jack Ben... read more

This is a great show! My father showed this to me last year and I loved it! Since then, I have become Jack's (and everybody else's biggest fan!!!) “Jack Benny is one of my favourite comedians although I never had the opportunity to see him "live" - only on TV and in his films. He had a unique style all his own and fortunately many of his shows are now available on DVD and I own several of them. This show features Don Wilson, Dennis Day and Eddie "Rochester" Anderson with Special Guests Mel Blanc and Eddie Cantor. I have many books on Jack Benny including "Sunday Nights at Seven" by his daughter Joan and "Jack Benny - a biography" by Mary Livingstone Benny and Hilliard Marks with Marcia Borie.” read more
