save the cheerleader... save the world...

(A review of Heroes)i will forever remember "heroes" for that tagline... no matter what.
this tv series follows the belief that human genes have the capability to possess a rare genetic sequence that allows the individual to have extraordinary abilities. dr surresh lived and breathed this theory and he had devoted his entire life to identifying the pattern and locating each of the gene carriers...
in his search, however, he comes across sylar... who wasn't exactly without talent, but who was dr. surresh to know whats inside the mind of a potential serial killer?
this show makes you wonder whether the impossible can be possible in real life...
can people fly? can someone read minds? can i move things without touching them? if they can do it, why can't i?

Everybody wants to be a Hero

(A review of Heroes)Heroes is a show about people who discover they have extraordinary super powers and insane abilities, people who on one side want to use their powers to save the world, on the other want to use their powers to destroy it.
The magic of this program is that its most peoples dream to discover they can secretly fly, or heal, or travel through time, and we all think about the many things we could do with such power. This program shows the trials and tribulations of having powers, and does it from a biologists point of view. The whole idea is that man has evolved to possess these powers and that nature is giving these gifts to help humans survive changes on the planet. There are also virus' which are capable of killing people who possess abilities, and people who have evolved the ability to steal or silence abilities giving them a predatory edge.
The premise of the show is that a junkie who can paint the future, paints a picture of a nuclear explosion destroying New York, things unfold from there as all the characters do their best to find out when, where and why the explosion happens, and how to stop it. Also whilst coming to terms with their abilities.
This program has huge potential, and is a definite gem. America have done good in creating this show and i for one hope it goes on for many many seasons.

(A review of Heroes)"This show is a friendly mix between Lost and the 4400. The coincidental connection between the main cast mixed with evolutionary abilities!
I waited for the whole first season to finish before I started to watch them all in a row, which I am quite glad I did. The first few eps were so slow that I defo wouldn't have tuned in every week.
This kind of show requires a constant stream to keep it at the top. It has so much more to offer.
Zachary Quinto has been superb since his introduction in the series and it wouldn't be the same without him.
Keep 'um coming!"
I wrote this review 2/3 years ago and I feel like such a stupid wanker now. Heroes is one of the shittest programmes on television. The creators had a great idea at first and they just flushed it down the toilet. There are too many plot holes, inconsistancies and outrageous goofs to even count.
HURRY UP AND CANCEL THIS SHIT!

(A review of Heroes)I had not watched any of this show until last night (a few days before the show returns with its final episodes of the season), and once I got started, I found it difficult to stop watching!
I knew before I saw any of it that I would enjoy the show, so I made sure I got all episodes of the show, and saved them until I had time to watch. I am SO glad I waited until I had multiple episodes to watch.
This show is excellent. Tim Kring, who also does "Crossing Jordan" (another favourite of mine), has created an extraordinary show that is well written, and has a well-assembled cast...and good special effects.
Each episode leaves me wanting more, and this is a show I will definitely want to add to my collection when it comes out on DVD! This is absolutely one of the best shows on TV today, and I hope it continues as strong as it started, and comes back with a second season as good as the first!

(A review of Heroes)Heroes no es extraordinaria.

(A review of Heroes)When the promos first ran for this, I knew I would like it. When I saw the show, I was right. This is like a grown-up version of a comic book, in the form of a series.
This will be something that I get when it's out on DVD, and I can't wait to see what happens next.

(A review of Heroes)I have never seen such a wonderful TV show. It has everything: adventure, mystery, sci-fi and drama. The characters are wonderful, truly diverse and realistic. Every episode leaves me wanting more. The special effects are excellent. There is really nothing bad to say about Heroes, except that I wish it were on every day!
