"I had heard of the quality of this show before, still it was surprisingly good. The characters were great and they kept developing each episode, the story was interesting and gripping and the ending was absolutely outstanding (a trademark of Gainax).
My enjoyment of the series and my score of it do not include the infamous island/Africa arcs. I've heard of how bad they were and how they didn't contribute to the story, so I skipped them and I'm glad I did, I don't think I have missed a thing. S"
"I had heard of the quality of this Nadia before, still it was surprisingly good. The characters were great and they kept developing each episode, the story was interesting and gripping and the ending was absolutely outstanding (a trademark of Gainax studios). My enjoyment of the series do not include the infamous filler island/Africa arcs. I've heard of how bad they were and how they didn't contribute to the story at all, so I skipped them, apart from 2 episodes that are canon. "
