Alright, I have been watching this movie years ago,and I really enjoyed it. I enjoyed both DM1 and DM2, plus I also watched Digimon Frontier.
The Digi-Mon Series are one of the best to watch for everybody, because they are mild, not total violence, not no violence at all, but still, it's better for kids of course, because it's more entertaining for kids, I'd say about 5-8 year olds.

This is a very cool show. Memorable characters with some unforgettable episodes that help develop the bond between friends and their own Digimon.

Description: Digimon Adventure (Dejimon Adobenchā?) is the first season of the anime saga Digimon: Digital Monsters. Its premise involves a group of boys and girls being whisked to a parallel reality called the Digital World while at summer camp. They were taken there because they were chosen to become DigiDestined, the children that would save the Digital World (along with Earth near the end of the series) from the evil forces that threatened to destroy it. Each of the children received a Digimon partner who was preprogrammed to be bonded to them, as well as miniature devices called Digivices. With the power of the Digivices, their Digimon ... (more)

"On August 1, 1999, seven children from Japan are suddenly thrust into a strange dimension called the "Digital World" while they are at summer camp. During their adventure, children Tai, Matt, Sora, Izzy, Mimi, Joe, and T.K., discover that they are in a land where digital creatures called "Digimon" dwell. Befriending seven other Digimon, the children learn that they have the ability to help their partners digitally evolve (digivolve) into stronger, powerful forms that can combat enemies for a sho"

"Man this series will always have a place on my heart, it was lovable. I used to watch every episode religiously on TV. Together with Dragon Ball and Conan, this is a series of my childhood that still holds dear today for its good story, characters and values."

"Taichi Yagami I think I was in love with him when I was a kid :D He was always so nice to the younger ones and knew what to do. I wanted a brother who treated me like that as well. Takeru Takaishi He was just so cute. At times I wanted to be him and other times I wanted him as a little brother. I loved how he grew through series 1 & 2. "

"It's such a classic and very nostalgic. It might be cheesy and overdramatic at times but that just makes it so enjoyable. This anime (franchise) is one significant part of my childhood and I'm of the opinion that it still holds up. Sure, it rather is for children but it maintains it value. The score to this is amazing and consists of versatile tracks that are equally beautiful. Digimon manages to let one dive into its fascinating world. The variety of the digital monsters is big, the characters "
