An excellent show, Close to Home started off strong, with a great cast. Jennifer Finnigan is a great choice for the lead actress of the show...and Christian Kane has a smaller role as her husband (for season one only).

After just two seasons (which is not enough of this show), it looks like CBS has given "Close to Home" the axe. The good news? The show didn't end with a cliffhanger....it ended in such a way that the recent news of a cancellation doesn't really leave people hanging.

“An excellent show, Close to Home started off strong, with a great cast. Jennifer Finnigan is a great choice for the lead actress of the show...and Christian Kane has a smaller role as her husband (for season one only).

This show has had two seasons now, both with emotional season finales. The show is done by Jerry Bruckheimer, and airs on CBS, and I can't get enough of the show, which tells the story of a crime each week --- and the resulting trial --- from the view of the prosecuting attorneys, investigators, and various other characters on the show.
