"Man I loved this cartoon as a kid! Not only this version, but all the Superfriends versions that came out before and after it. Superman was obviously my favorite character. It was because of this cartoon that I started reading DC comics too. "

"Early superhero show weren’t the greatest things ever.They were flawed deeply and had some pretty bad animation,but they had a certain charm about them.Take Superfriends for example.Superfriends had some hokey dialogue along with some stiff animation,but it was rather enjoyable.My main problem is that they never got violent.They only real punching occurred when was Superman smashing up some meteors.Despite those complaints the show was enjoyable.Specifically the Challenge of The Superfriends s"
