"This show was originally planned as a spinoff of Who Framed Roger Rabbit.Those plans were eventually scrapped and Disney decided to create Bonkers.I may be in the minority,but I enjoyed this more than Roger Rabbit.It was fun kooky and off the wall.All things that make up a really good cartoon."

"Character: Bonkers! Hated or annoying? Annoying! A cheap, very cheap, rip-off of Roger Rabbitt. He is another one of them dumb, idiotic characters who provide less entertainment and more eyesore! He is one of the key pioneers of why cartoons have taken a downfall nowadays!"
