Police Commissioner Hannelore Hoger gets into a serious crisis: she bears the blame for the accident of a colleague and will afford euthanasia. TV crime drama.
Randomly watched Bella (Hannelore Hoger), like a boy überfällt Penner. She stops a band wagon and colleagues shows that the prosecution record. The chase ends with an accident. Bella comes with a shock like this, the young policeman, however, falls into a coma. Should he ever come out of the coma then he will be a paraplegic. The wife of the officer asks Bella to arrange euthanasia for her husband and, plagued by guilt, the Commissioner contacts Dr. Hauser (Christoph Bantzer), a prominent expert on assisted suicide.
At the same time, in an apartment the bodies of Vera Busch (Juliane Köhler) and her elderly mother are found. Bella's investigations lead her to Dr Hauser. The doctor confesses to helping Vera in administratiing barbiturates to her parent. Her consent, however, is a forgery.
Bella stays tuned and takes on Vera's shady brother Hans (Jörg Schüttauf) ...
With strong performers in even the smallest supporting roles, and thanks to a multi-layered screenplay, is this "Bella Block" episode succeeds in producing an uncomfortable, but enigmatic case.
