As the strange trend of watching frumpy old women getting ripped apart by young 'fashion gurus' continues, this programme doesn't just clear out a wardrobe or prompt a contented woman to lose weight, it actually ploughs them through tons surgery to boot.

As if several face and dental operations isn't stressful enough, some ugly dragon (who could probably do with the treatment herself) then prompts them to dress in increasingly revealing and expensive ways and to ditch practicality in favour of fashion. This obviously makes compulsive viewing for some.
