"Nominated by the giraffe A tragically short-lived Dallas band in a similar vein as Jane's Addiction and The Flaming Lips, their albums were a beautiful mix of psychedelia, punk, and pop (though not the crappy pop that plagues the radio). Their live shows were Amazing and always left me with a big smile on my face for a long time afterwards (and I saw them so many times they eventually gave me a permanent spot on their guest list). More importantly their albums got progressively better over time"
