Top three would have to be Vertigo, Rear Window, and Psycho. Choices many would have no doubt, but I also really enjoy Strangers on a Train, North By Northwest, The Birds, and Shadow of a Doubt. I really need to watch more of his films. I plan on watching The Lady Vanishes rather soon.
As for films I don't care for much by Hitchcock, I only have one...Marnie. I felt like it was an overlong mess and I would never watch it again.

Dial M For Murder is wonderful as well.

I just watched "Rear Window" and "Psycho" yesterday. I haven't been this excited about exploring a new filmography since Bergman!

I love and highly recommend most of his movies of the 1950s (except for "Stage Fright", "I Confess", and "To Catch a Thief"). His 1940s and 1960s/1970s films don't impress me as much, but I do have a soft spot for Hitchcock's early and too-often-overlooked British films, especially "Blackmail", "The 39 Steps", "Secret Agent", "Young and Innocent", and "Sabotage".

I've never seen a Hitchcock movie more than once in order to justify calling it a favourite; nonetheless, these were the films I remembered liking:
Rear Window
Vertigo
Dial M For Murder
Suspicion (Underrated. I don't think Hitchcock was ever able to wield this level of tension and atmosphere in any of his other films that I've wacthed.)
North by Northwest
Rear Window
Vertigo

Rope is my all-time favorite, it's one of those movies that I wish other people loved as much as I do.
I also love Dial M For Murder, Psycho, and Strangers on a Train.
I haven't seen many others, I have a lot left to explore in his filmography.

Notorious
Vertigo
Rear Window
Strangers on a Train
Dial M for Murder
From there things start playing musical chairs... sometimes depending on whether I'm in the mood for British-production Hitchcock vs. U.S. produced Hitch.
Suspicion and The Trouble With Harry seem to have taken permanent residence at the bottom though. At least from the 26 titles I've seen so far.
