Simple idea, like there is one for movies, down there a bit, post the last TV show you watched.

The last one I watched was titled Murder at NBC and was Bob Hope's 2nd Special. A news anchor is murdered and Bob Hope is a mad scientist threatening to shrink America. It features several great comic talents, many as spies including Johnny Carson, Milton Berle, Bill Cosby (I Spy), Don Adams (Get Smart as Agent 86), Wally Cox (Mister Peepers, Underdog), Red Buttons, Soupy Sales, Bill Dana (Jose Jimenez of The Bill Dana Show), Dick Shawn (L.S.D. The Producers), Johnathan Winters, Don Rickles, and Rowan & Martin (of Laugh-In). Sketchy but fun comedy, it was great to see them all together in one show.

The only TV show I've actually been able to watch in the last 3 weeks has been the IT Crowd, season 2. And that was over a week ago!

I don't watch much either. I moved my TV out of my room because I wasn't using it. For Magnum, P.I., though, I can go downstairs. ;p

It isn't because I don't want to, it is because I'm in student accomodation and can't be bothered paying over £100 for a TV licence. Plus I can't stream videos because 4OD isn't supported and the connection isn't great. Bah... I sort of miss TV but not as much as I thought I would.

I am a little ignorant as to how tv access works in the UK. Do you have to pay that much just to use a TV in general or is that something associated with your school?

The IT Crowd is awesome!
But if you count TV shows on DVD I'm currently watching CSI: Miami Season 2.
If not, the last show was Heroes.

You have to have a TV licence to watch live TV in the UK (unless it is on a handheld set that doesn't get plugged in at any time while you are watching it). It can cover up to 4 TVs in the one house, but for some reason in this accomodation it only covers your own room so there is no way to share with my flatmates.

I have a TV in my room, but I use it for game consoles and videos which you don't need a licence for.

I watched a little bit of Family Guy last night, but I don't think it counts as I only saw part episodes when I was in the kitchen (my flatmates were playing a DVD).

Watched a docu-drama tonight called Hannibal featuring Alexander Siddig as Hannibal. Not bad at all, if after defeating the forces of Rome he'd advanced on Rome itself, the entire history of the Western world may have been so so different.

Keep Anime in the Anime section please. It gets annoying. The show I watch all the time, is "The King Of Queens".

Keep Anime in the Anime section please.

I understand the whole anime thing does get out of hand but I fail to see how it's a problem in this specific thread. And as far as I'm concerned anime is still a tv show... right? Hell there haven't been any posts concerning anime for a while in this particular thread so I don't know what you are seeing.

I don't really watch TV shows as they air but I just was watching North and South the miniseries with Patrick Swayze on DVD last night with my brother. I was hoping it'd help me on my test on the Civil War, but I don't think it's helping all that much. I'd normally watch Project Runway but evidently there are no new episodes till new year... -_-;;

But I'm watching that songs of the 90s thing on Vh1 but it's more of background noise than active tv watching.

I just think that Anime should be in a section entitled "Anime Section", so those of us, that don't like Anime, should be able to avoid it.

Nonetheless the last time it was mentioned on this thread was about two months ago. Unless you count the Simpsons or Southpark as anime.

Oh well. Different strokes for different folks.

This weird Korean drama on the international channel here. I think the guy was trying to go to North Korea for freedom (!?).

Last time I watched something I actually knew about, the news in the morning, which probably doesn't count, so Family Guy a few days ago.
